Campers should bring their own glove, bat, turf shoes or sneakers, helmet, and wear baseball attire. Catchers should also bring their own catcher’s gear.

Lunch is served indoors in an air conditioned facility and lasts 45 minutes to an hour depending on weather and children’s needs. Campers have option to purchase pizza, snacks and drinks every day. Campers should bring cash for these purchases or you can pre pay at the beginning of the week.
Parents and friends are welcome on Friday afternoon at 1pm to watch our championship games and award ceremony. Each camper receives a medal and additional trophies are distributed for achievements.
Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to email@example.com. Cash Refunds will ONLY be issued if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start of camp and shall be made for the amount paid, less a $95.00 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of camp’s start date, a credit to be used towards a future camp will be issued less the administration fee.
INCLEMENT WEATHER INFORMATION
All registrants (and their parents) will receive an email if any weather issues might affect the event. Participants should assume that the event will go on as scheduled.
