DOM SCALA BASEBALL SUMMER 2018 CAMPS IN LONG ISLAND & QUEENS

OVERVIEW

At Dom Scala Baseball our goal is to ensure that your time spent practicing will be beneficial to your game, after all, “Perfect Practice Makes Perfect.” At this camp, you will learn to improve upon your skills by conditioning the correct way. Whether it is pitching, hitting, throwing, fielding or catching, we help all players to make the necessary adjustments that will lead you to be a more consistent player.

In addition to on the field training, you will be taught what it takes to be a successful and complete athlete. This includes: dedication, hard work, time management and the importance of good academics in baseball – lessons we feel are as valuable as our athletic instruction.

You will receive one-on-one attention from Coach Scala, as well as our camp staff, a group of esteemed and respected coaches from the Tri-State area (including the Adelphi Panthers baseball staff). Legendary New York Yankee Coach, Willie Randolph, has been a guest instructor at nearly every one of our past camps. Willie loves working with young players and his “Keep it Simple” approach echoes Coach Scala’s baseball philosophies.
Camp runs daily from 9AM-3PM.

EQUIPMENT

Campers should bring their own glove, bat, turf shoes or sneakers, helmet, and wear baseball attire. Catchers should also bring their own catcher’s gear.

REGISTRATION

For your convenience, registration can be completed online.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to info@domscalabaseball.com. Cash Refunds will ONLY be issued if cancellation occurs more than14 days before the start of camp and shall be made for the amount paid, less a $95.00 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of camp’s start date, a credit to be used towards a future camp will be issued less the administration fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER INFORMATION

All registrants (and their parents) will receive an email if any weather issues might affect the event. Participants should assume that the event will go on as scheduled.
