DAILY SCHEDULE

Although camp begins at 9:00AM each day, we encourage campers to arrive by 8:30AM. Dismissal is at 3:00PM sharp. Parents are welcome at our Awards Ceremony on Friday at 1pm. For a list of activities and important times, view our daily schedule.

LUNCHTIME

At Dom Scala Baseball, we believe in taking a break from the heat midday and cooling down indoors. All campers eat lunch in air conditioned facilities for a minimum of 45 minutes. Lunch timing is adjusted based on weather. In extreme heat campers will have longer lunch breaks.

AT ADELPHI UNIVERSITY

Campers at Adelphi University are provided a daily hot lunch included in the price of camp. They also have an opportunity to visit the campus bookstore or vending machines to purchase additional snacks & drinks. Cash Only.
Typical lunch includes: Main Course (Pizzas, Burgers, Chicken Fingers), Salad, Fruit, Dessert, **Gluten Free Options Available**

AT OUR LADY OF HOPE/QUEENS

Lunch is NOT included in camp pricing. Pizza, drinks and snacks are available for purchase daily. Cash Only.

EQUIPMENT

Campers should bring their own glove, bat, turf shoes or sneakers, helmet, and wear baseball attire. Catchers should also bring their own catcher’s gear.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing to info@domscalabaseball.com. Cash Refunds will ONLY be issued if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before the start of camp and shall be made for the amount paid, less a $95.00 administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of camp’s start date, a credit to be used towards a future camp will be issued less the administration fee.

INCLEMENT WEATHER INFORMATION

All registrants (and their parents) will receive an email if any weather issues might affect the event. Participants should assume that the event will go on as scheduled.
